On Monday, 1 April 2019, 4FR Health opened its doors for the very first time and welcomed its first patient.

At the time, none of us could fully know what the next seven years would hold. There would be seasons of growth, learning, change, challenge, and quiet perseverance. There would be moments of joy and celebration, and there would also be moments of deep sadness and loss.

Today, as 4FR Health (Pty) Ltd, previously known as Dr Colette Adams-Julius Inc, celebrates 7 years, we do so with sincere gratitude for every person who has been part of this journey.

Our journey has been shaped by people

Over the years, we have gained staff and patients, and we have also had to say goodbye to some staff and patients, some sadly through death. Each person, whether they were with us for a season or for many years, has helped shape the story of this practice.

Healthcare is never only about appointments, records, and routines. It is about people. It is about trust. It is about showing up for one another in ordinary moments and difficult ones. It is about building something that serves with compassion, consistency, and care.

What began with one patient has grown into a broader community of people who have trusted, supported, strengthened, and walked this road with us.

As we reflect on the journey from 2019 to now, our hearts are full. Thank you for every referral, every visit, every conversation, every collaboration, and every act of support along the way.
