2. What this page covers

This page explains how Forever Boosted works, what information may be collected when you play, how leaderboard scores are handled, how sponsor booster events are counted, and the basic terms that apply when using the game.

This page applies only to the Forever Boosted game located under /games/foreverboosted/. Other 4FR Health services, forms, websites, booking tools, and medical services may have their own privacy notices, consent wording, and terms.

3. Important health disclaimer

Forever Boosted is a game. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis tool, a treatment tool, an emergency service, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

If you need medical help, please speak to a healthcare professional. If you have an emergency, use the appropriate emergency contact channels immediately.

4. Information we may collect

When you use Forever Boosted, we may collect or process the following limited game-related information:

• Nickname: the nickname you choose before playing.
• Score: the score reached during your game session.
• Game duration: approximate duration of a game session, used to help validate score submissions.
• Session token: a temporary technical token used to verify that a score came from a valid game session.
• Device hash: a simple browser/device fingerprint-style value used to support abuse prevention and score validation.
• IP hash: your IP address may be converted into a one-way hash before being stored for abuse prevention and security logging.
• User agent: limited browser information may be stored for troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and system security.
• Sound preference: your game sound preference may be saved in your browser using local storage.
• Anonymous sponsor booster events: events such as sponsor configuration loaded, booster shown, booster collected, or booster expired may be counted.

Please do not use your full real name, ID number, phone number, medical information, or any other sensitive personal information as your nickname.

5. Leaderboard display

If you submit a score, your nickname and score may appear on the public Forever Boosted leaderboard. The leaderboard may show scores for today, this week, and all-time rankings.

By ticking the consent box before playing, you agree that your chosen nickname and score may be displayed on the leaderboard. You should choose a nickname that does not identify you personally.

6. Children and family use

Forever Boosted may be played by children, patients, parents, guardians, and visitors in the 4FR Health environment. A parent, guardian, or responsible adult should guide children to use a safe nickname and avoid entering personal or medical information.

If a parent or guardian believes a child has used identifying information as a nickname, they may contact us at hello@4fr.co.za and request review or removal where reasonably possible.

7. Why we use this information

We use game-related information for the following purposes:

• To run the game and allow players to submit scores.
• To show leaderboard rankings.
• To prevent obvious abuse, fake scores, spam, or automated submissions.
• To troubleshoot technical problems.
• To understand whether sponsor booster placements are being shown and collected.
• To protect the rights, security, and legitimate interests of 4FR Health and users of the game.

8. Sponsor booster placements

Forever Boosted may include sponsor booster graphics or product-related placements during gameplay. These placements are intended as a fun visual game feature and may be used to provide sponsor exposure.

Sponsor booster events are counted as anonymous game events. We do not use sponsor booster events to identify individual players, diagnose anyone, or make medical decisions.

Any sponsor product shown in the game should not be understood as individual medical advice. Please speak to a healthcare professional before using any health product if you are unsure whether it is suitable for you.

9. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

Forever Boosted may use basic browser storage for game functionality, such as remembering whether sound is switched on or off. Server-side session handling may also be used to support game session validation.

We do not require users to create an account to play Forever Boosted.

10. Sharing of information

We do not sell game player information. Limited technical information may be processed by hosting, server, security, database, or IT service providers who help us operate the website and game.

Leaderboard nicknames and scores are visible to anyone who can view the Forever Boosted leaderboard.

Anonymous sponsor booster counts may be used internally or shared in summary form with a sponsor to show exposure or engagement. These summaries should not identify individual players.

11. Data retention

Leaderboard scores may be retained for as long as the Forever Boosted leaderboard is active, unless we decide to reset or archive the leaderboard.

Technical logs and security-related records may be kept for a reasonable period for maintenance, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Sponsor booster event records may be kept for reporting and audit purposes.

We may delete, reset, anonymise, or archive game data at any time where reasonably necessary for maintenance, fairness, privacy, or operational reasons.

12. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the game and related data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No website or online service can guarantee absolute security.

13. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, including South African privacy law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, objection to processing, or information about how your information is used.

Because players are encouraged to use non-identifying nicknames, we may not always be able to link a leaderboard entry to a specific person. We may ask for reasonable information to help identify the relevant score or entry.

14. Fair play and acceptable use

By using Forever Boosted, you agree not to:

• Submit fake, automated, manipulated, or abusive scores.
• Use offensive, unlawful, identifying, or inappropriate nicknames.
• Attempt to interfere with the game, leaderboard, sponsor tracking, server, code, or database.
• Use the game in a way that harms other users, 4FR Health, sponsors, or the website.

We may remove scores, block submissions, reset the leaderboard, change game logic, or disable access where needed to protect fairness, security, or user safety.

15. Availability and changes

Forever Boosted is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may update, pause, change, reset, or discontinue the game, leaderboard, sponsor placements, or these terms at any time.

When we make changes to this page, we may update the latest update date above. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated version.

16. Limitation of responsibility

Forever Boosted is a casual game. To the extent permitted by law, 4FR Health is not responsible for loss, inconvenience, incorrect scores, leaderboard resets, browser issues, unavailable services, or technical problems arising from use of the game.

17. Governing context

4FR Health operates in South Africa. This notice is written with South African users and the 4FR Health website context in mind. Users from other locations should be aware that their information may be processed in South Africa or through hosting and technical service providers used by 4FR Health.
